Dumb and Dumber and The Mask coming to Blu-ray

Filed Under: DVD New Releases | Article Tags :

Timed as a promotion for the latest Jim Carrey movie, these two classic comedies will be making their Blu debut on December 9th this year from Warner Bros. The Dumb and Dumber disc is the unrated version and both sound like a rehash of previous releases. Both will be priced at $28.99 SRP, Smokin!

Dumb and Dumber (1994)

Lloyd and Harry: One’s dumb, the other’s dumber. You pick which is which. Jim Carrey (Lloyd) and Jeff Daniels (Harry) deliver a delirious no-brainer as they hit the road to return a misplaced briefcase to its owner (Lauren Holly). The fellas don’t know the case is crammed with ransom money. Maybe that’s why smash-mouth lowlifes are trailing them, you think? Best to leave the thinking aside as the boys and the filmmaking brothers Farrelly (There’s Something About Mary) invent something really dumb…and really, really funny.

Special Features:

· Behind the story featurette

· Two alternate endings

· 10 additional scenes

· Six minutes of footage not seen in theatres

When Stanley puts on the mask, he magically transforms into an uncontrolled wacky-suited green-skinned cartoony manic superhero, “The Mask,” who does the craziest things and amazes people in search of justice and a good time too.
